June 2010. Rihanna wearing a SUNO romper. Fashion to its finest !
Two years ago, Max Osterweis, a native new-yorker launched SUNO, a collection that features, once again, African printed clothes, after a decade collecting textiles in Kenya. He is still moving around there since he employs 15 full-time Kenyan tailors, while the designs of the garments are established in Brooklyn, NY. This is his own way to give back to the country that inspired him. (Y)
